The Clippers destroyed the Sixers for the first three quarters last night but the Sixers won the 4th 31-19. That effort wasn't enough as the Clippers came away with a 107-90 led by Chris Paul with 21 points and 11 assists. Nick Young of the Sixers led the game with 29 points.
The 12-39 Charlotte Bobcats surprised everyone and won a game. Byron Mullens scored 25 points and grabbed 18 rebounds in their 94-91 win over the Celtics, the Celtics first loss since Rondo's injury.
In a game where only two cities cared the T-Wolves handed the Cavaliers a 100-92 defeat where Ricky Rubio had a double-double with 13 points and 10 assists.
Brook Lopez scored 25 points in the Brooklyn Nets 89-84 victory in overtime over the Pacers. Reggie Evans had a league high 22 rebounds for the Nets.
In Detroit, The Hornets handed the Pistons a solid defeat 105-86. Ryan Anderson scored 31 points for the Hornets and Greivis Vasquez had 13 assists.
San Antonio was without Stephen Jackson, Tony Parker, Manu Ginobili, and Tim Duncan and still beat the Bulls 103-89 (and the Bulls ain't no slouches). Kawhi Leonard scored 26 points for the Spurs while Nate Robinson had 20 points and 7 assists for the Bulls.
The Wizards beat the Bucks 102-90 in Milwaukee led by Bradley Beal's 28 points. Nene had a double double with 21 points and 13 rebounds.
The night ended with a 105-101 nail biter between Atlanta and Dallas with the Hawks coming out on top. Josh Smith led the way for the Hawks scoring 26 points and 13 rebounds.
All NBA
Guard- Chris Paul- LA Clippers Shot a solid 9-11 from the field as well as a perfect 2-2 from the line. His 21 points were in addition to his 11 assists while only committing 1 turnover. On defense, he had 5 steals in only 25 minutes.
Guard- Monta Ellis- Milwaukee Had an off night shooting going 9-21 overall and 0-4 from 3pt land but manged to score 24 points. Also chipped in 8 assists while grabbing 7 rebounds, stealing 6 balls, and blocking a shot.
Forward- Al-Farouq Aminu- New Orleans Only scored 12 points but also only played 28 minutes. Grabbed 14 rebounds and dished out 4 assists. Made his points easy with 3 offensive rebounds and going a perfect 4-4 from the line.
Forward- Nene- Washington *Player of the Night* Shot a great 10-13 from the field on his way to 21 points. Also contributed 6 assists and 13 rebounds.
Center- Byron Mullens- Charlotte Key factor in the Bobcats' upset scoring 25 points and grabbing 18 rebounds. Shot 4-5 from 3 pt land which is almost unheard of for a PF/C.

The Flyers outshot the Maple Leafs 46-24 but still lost 5-2. Both teams used both goaltenders as the Leafs' James Reimer was taken out due to injury after 24 minutes and Ben Scrivens took over. Ilya Bryzgalov was pulled two minutes after Reimer for sucking, letting up 4 goals on only 14 shots with Brian Boucher coming in for his first appearance of the year. James van Riemsdyk reminded the Flyers that he was good by scoring a third period goal just for fun (his 8th of the year). Luke Schenn, who the Flyers got in return for van Riemsdyk only had 2 turnovers to improve to 13 on the year while finishing with a -1 rating. To his credit he did block three shots. Wayne Simmonds scored his third goal of the year and rookie Tye McGinn scored his second goal of the year.
On Long Island, the Islanders fell to the Hurricanes 6-4 thanks to Jiri Tlusty's two goals for the Canes. Matt Moulson scored two for the Islanders to improve his season total to 6.
The Blue Jackets beat the Sharks 6-2 as the Sharks have fell into a bit of a skid recently. Patrick Marleau scored his 10th goal of the year for the Sharks.

Shane Doan scored with 59 seconds left in overtime to give the Coyotes a 3-2 win over the Avalanche, it was his second goal of the year. Mike Smith saved 41 shots in the win.
Mikko Koivu scored the game winning goal in a shootout to help the Wild defeat the Flames 2-1. Calgary's Jiri Hudler scored both in regular time and in the shootout for the Flames.
All NHL
Forward- Jiri Tlusty- Carolina Easily had the best game of the night scoring 4 points with 2 goals and 2 assists. Finished with a +4 rating with 1 hit and 1 block.
Forward- Matt Duchene- Phoenix Despite the overtime loss Duchene earned his spot on the list with his goal and play on defense. He had 2 hits, 1 block, and a takeaway.
Forward- Eric Staal- Carolina The second of three Hurricane Forwards on the list the elder Staal scored a goal and also dished out an assist. His 19 minutes on the ice were spent well as he finished with a +4 rating and a takeaway.
Forward- Alexander Semin- Carolina Scored a goal and also finished with a +4 rating. Also chipped in 2 assists to increase his point total to 3. Defensively, he blocked a shot.
Defense- Slava Voynov- LA Kings Picked up 2 assists in the Kings' 4-1 win while finishing with a +3 rating. Blocked two shots and recorded a hit in 26 minutes of ice time.

Defense- Cody Franson- Toronto Assisted on 2 of Toronto's 5 goals against the Flyers. Finished with a +2 rating and also had 3 hits and 2 takeaways.
Goalie- Mike Smith- Phoenix Saved 41 of 43 shots in the overtime win. Was his 4th win of the year to improve to 4-3-1.
Goalie- Leland Irving- Calgary Lost 2-1 in the shootout but still had a .958 SV % in regular time blocking 23 of 24 shots.
