Blake Griffin and Sergei Bobrovsky Rule the Night

Top 5 NBA Players From Last Night
1. Blake Griffin- LA Clippers 71 Went 11-18 from the field last night for a total of 26 points. His 13 rebounds gave him the double-double while he also chipped in 8 assists, 3 steals, and 2 blocks in the Clippers lost to Golden State. Remarkably did not commit a single foul.
2. Tim Duncan- San Antonio 61 in the Spurs 90-85 win in Philadelphia. 23 points, 17 rebounds (4 which were offensive), while only committing 2 turnovers.
3. Kemba Walker- Charlotte 60 A very impressive 6 for 7 from behind the arc and 12-21 overall leading to 35 points. The 6'1" guard from UConn was also able to pick up two offensive rebounds in the team's 100-94 to the Houston Rockets.
4. Stephen Curry- Golden State 58 Scored 28 points while being a perfect 4 for 4 from the line and 6 for 8 from three point land. On the downside committed 4 fouls.
5. Kirk Hinrich- Chicago 57 I know your thinking that it is impossible for him to be there but Hinrich played an incredible game as the Roseless Bulls beat the Lakers 95-83. An 81.8% mark from the field (9-11) including 3 3P led to 22 points. Also chipped in 8 assists and 7 rebounds while only committing 1 turnover.
Additionally, he did this all in only 33 minutes of PT.

Other Notable Statistics
James Harden was a very impressive 19-21 from the line.
Jason Kidd led the NBA with 6 steals.
Bismack Biyombo's 6 blocks led the NBA.
Lastly, George Hill has the honor of leading the NBA with 8 turnovers in the Pacer's one point win over the Grizzlies.

Only 14 teams played last night in the NHL but here are your top performers.
We Have 6 today
1. Tyler Bozark- Toronto 21 Earned the top spot last night for his ability to control the faceoff circle going an impressive 22-4 at the dot. He also threw the puck on net twice and found teammate Nazem Kadri for an assist in the third. It wasn't enough for the Leafs however as they fell to the Sabres 2-1.
2. Pavel Datsyuk- Detroit 19 The fancy puck handler picked up two points with an assist in the second and the game-tying goal in the third that allowed the Wings to win in a shootout.
3. Saku Koivu- Anaheim 15 First of 3 Ducks on the list; all contributing in the team's 5-4 win over Calgary. Scored a first period goal on his only shot of the night as well as picking up two assists for a total of 3 points and +3 plus/minus.
4. Ryan Getzlaf- Anaheim 15 Had two hits as well as two goals in the Duck's effort. Third Period goal gave the Ducks insurance they needed as Lee Stempinak scored to bring the Flames back 5-4.
5. Daniel Winnik- Anaheim Koivu's linemate scored two goals and assisted on Koivu's goal. Also had two hits and a takeaway.
6. Andy McDonald- St. Louis 15 The 35-year old veteran scored a powerplay goal in the first and assisted on Vladimir Tarasenko's goal. Sent two predators to the ground and blocked a shot in their 4-3 shootout win in Nashville.

Other Notable Statistics
Milan Lucic led the NHL with 10 hits in the Bruin's 2-1 win over the Winnipeg Jets.
Phil Kessel of Toronto had 7 Shots on Goal, but did not put the puck in the net on any of them.
Curtis Glencross scored 2 PP goals for the Flames in the 5-4 loss to the team formerly known as the Mighty Ducks.
Patrick Kaleta of Buffalo was in the box for 16 minutes including a 10 minute misconduct.

6 Goalies as well
1. Sergei Bobrovsky- Columbus 7 Saved 39 of the 42 shots that his porous defense allowed to come his way. Sadly, he let one shot in during the shootout and his skaters weren't able to score once leaving him with the 4-3 shootout loss to Detroit.
2. Craig Anderson- Ottawa 6 Pitched a shutout against the Panthers saving 31 of 31 shots, not much else needs to be said other than the Senators won 4 nil.
3. Ondrej Pavelec- Winnipeg 6 In the Jets 2-1 loss to Bruins in a shootout Pavelec stopped 26 of 27 shots before letting 2 slip in during the shootout.
4. Tuukka Rask- Boston 6 The goalie taking over for Boston's old neo-conservative (i.e. nazi) starter, Tuukka played the same in regulation as his opponent above but he only allowed one shootout goal.
5. Anders Lindback- Tampa Bay 6 Lost 4-3 in regulation to the soon to be moving Islanders. His .909 save percentage isn't that impressive until you realize that he faced an NHL high 44 shots.
6. Ryan Miller- Buffalo 6 Didn't watch the game so I do not know if he got as lucky as he did against the Flyers but he stopped 34 of 35 shots for .971 save percentage 2-1 win in Toronto.
